CE Presentation Objectives: 

  • Learn to walk clients through an ego strengthening process on trauma.

  • Author maps for your client which include: developmental trauma, defenses and trauma triggers.

  • Assess using a Trigger Tracking worksheet to identify somatic and incorrect beliefs around trauma and recalibrate resilience in clients.

  • Set boundaries with clients around triggers to protect.

  • If you are trained in EMDR it can be a useful tool to also identify targets for that modality.
